Who We Are
Trained twice to solve this exact problem: once as a mechanical engineer, once as an educator.
I'm Dr. Natoshia Anderson, founder of The Anderson Strategy Group. I diagnose a fragmented STEM portfolio the way an engineer diagnoses a broken system, then rebuild it the way an educator builds something people will actually use every day, not just cite in a board meeting.
